Burning Questions with Jorie Williams

Posted by Megan on Saturday Jul 9, 2011 Under 2011, Baja, Interview

It’s all fun and games, until it comes to racing. That’s Jorie’s business, and he very serious when it comes to his racing. Brandon describes him as “arguably one of the fastest kids in Mexico,” but the speed isn’t the only thing Jorie has. He’s got a lot of heart and passion for his sport of choice and we can expect him to be around for a long time in the ATV racing scene.  Quad75Dezert is certainly proud of him and we’re all excited to see where racing takes him, besides to the podium again and again. Check out Jorie’s answers below:

In Ensenada for the 500

Posted by Megan on Sunday May 29, 2011 Under 2011, Baja, Baja 500, News

The team made it to Ensenada last night and after touring the house, promptly got to work unloading gear, tools, and bikes. After everything was unloaded we arranged and organized, and then set to work doing the last little bit of preparation for pre-running. Kenny Sanford of S&S Motorsports headed up the effort, coordinating the 6 bikes and handful of help to get everything done. It always seems that there is just never enough prep time! Brandon Brown went over some logistics and some administrative work that comes with coordinating two teams and left Kenny to manage the mechanics.  Read More
